📋 Description

• • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Midmarket at Go1 Europe Limited in Paris, you will generate commercial opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts to support the company’s mission of enabling organizations to maximize their people’s potential.
• • Day to day, you will create relevant conversations with key decision-makers (training managers, L&D, HR), conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, book meetings for Account Executives in the MidMarket segment (500-2000 employees), update Salesforce CRM with precision, analyze client needs to propose tailored solutions, stay informed on market trends, share insights in team meetings, and collaborate with AEs to convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
• • You will be part of the Growth Marketing team, working closely with the Sales team primarily based in Paris, reporting to Antoine, Head of Growth South EMEA, and collaborating daily with another SDR who joined a few months ago during a hybrid onboarding period with office presence in Paris.
• • In this role, you will develop strong sales prospecting and communication skills, gain deep expertise in the online training and HR/L&D sectors, master CRM and sales engagement tools, build resilience and ambition as a stepping stone toward an Account Executive role, and contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven company impacting millions of learners worldwide.
