📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative at Material Security, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by generating pipeline and creating high-quality leads through targeted outbound campaigns.
- • Day to day, you will build sales pipeline by setting introductory meetings with key decision makers, own outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social, test and refine messaging sequences, maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot, and collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and the GTM team to hit pipeline targets.
- • You will join a small, fast-growing, and highly experienced sales team at a innovative cybersecurity company focused on protecting modern work environments, where your contributions directly impact revenue growth and market expansion.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in enterprise sales, develop deep understanding of how security buyers think, refine your outbound sales techniques, and build the foundation for a future career progression into an Account Executive position.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ months of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role or closely related work
- • Experience with sales and/or marketing tools including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, persona-specific messaging
- • Self-starter mindset with urgency, ownership over quota, and resilience in the face of rejection
- • Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, and social channels
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and GTM teams
