- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the Commercial team at Airwallex, you will play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential clients for the company’s unified payments and financial platform, directly contributing to the mission of empowering global businesses.
- • Day to day, you will research and identify prospects across industries, initiate outreach via email, phone, and social media, understand client needs, present tailored value propositions, and qualify opportunities to schedule meetings for Account Executives, collaborating closely to convert leads into accounts.
- • You will join the SME & Growth Business team, a passionate, collaborative group dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises thrive globally by combining financial expertise with innovative solutions for cross-border payments, spend management, and embedded finance.
- • In this role, you will develop foundational sales skills, gain deep exposure to fintech and global payments, receive structured training and mentorship, and build a clear pathway toward becoming an Account Executive, all while working in a high-impact, fast-paced environment that values curiosity, ownership, and first-principles thinking.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree, imminent graduation, or equivalent hands-on experience
- • Experience or eagerness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Prior experience with outreach (e.g., cold calling, fundraising, internships) is a plus
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong analytical skills and organized approach to work
- • Familiarity with GSuite and sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
