- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Deel IT in the UKI region, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition by identifying and engaging potential clients. This pivotal role involves breaking into new accounts, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of our target customer segments, and understanding their unique challenges related to global payroll, HR, and compliance. Your success will directly contribute to Deel's bottom line, making you a vital player in our continued growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of proactive sales activities. You will conduct thorough market research to pinpoint new potential customers and generate high-quality leads. This will involve strategic outbound prospecting through various channels, including targeted email campaigns, direct phone calls, and leveraging social media platforms to initiate conversations and build rapport.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be the qualification of these leads. This requires a deep understanding of prospective clients' current approaches to onboarding, payroll, and HR, identifying pain points and demonstrating how Deel's comprehensive platform can provide effective solutions. You will act as the initial point of contact, educating potential clients on the value proposition of Deel and its ability to streamline complex global operations.
- • You will work in close collaboration with the wider sales team, including Account Executives, to ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of Deel's offerings will be key to scheduling product demonstrations and setting up initial meetings for the Account Executive team.
- • Success in this role is measured by your consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings generated and pipeline value created. This requires a disciplined approach to managing your sales activities and a relentless focus on driving results.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system is essential for tracking progress, forecasting, and ensuring effective collaboration across the sales organization. You will also be expected to actively participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge of the Deel platform and the evolving landscape of global employment.
