📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for EMEA at Drata, you will be a critical driver of the company’s growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers in the security and compliance automation space, serving as the first point of contact to set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- • Day to day, you will research accounts, identify key decision-makers, execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and social media (including LinkedIn Navigator and Twitter), respond to inbound interest, qualify leads, maintain a high-activity sales pipeline, track all interactions in Salesforce, and engage in high-level conversations with C-Suite executives while consistently exceeding weekly and monthly metrics.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ months of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role
- • Proven track record of success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- • Strong communication and active listening skills to uncover customer needs
- • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- • Experience with SaaS sales is a plus
- • Residency in the London Metro area required for hybrid role (2 days/week in office)
