- • As one of the first Sales Development Representatives at Geordieai Inc., you will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel pipeline by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects in the AI security space, directly fueling the company’s growth engine.
- • Your day-to-day will involve outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn, and creative channels; researching target accounts; collaborating with Account Executives; maintaining CRM discipline; learning the product and competitive landscape; and contributing to the development of the outbound sales playbook.
- • Geordieai Inc. is an early-stage AI security company building a platform for enterprises to govern AI agents safely, with a hybrid work model based in London and a culture focused on solving real customer problems, rapid iteration, and meaningful career growth.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales skills, gain deep expertise in AI and enterprise security, learn to operate effectively in a high-growth startup environment, and position yourself for advancement into closing roles or GTM leadership as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally at an early-stage SaaS or cybersecurity company
- • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding outbound pipeline targets
- • Experience with cold calling — comfortable picking up the phone and having real conversations
- • Familiarity with CRM tools and a strong habit of keeping activity and pipeline data accurate and up to date
- • Strong written communication — you can write a cold email that gets a reply
- • Based in London or willing to travel regularly to our office
- • Genuine curiosity about AI, enterprise security, or the agent ecosystem
