  • • As an Enterprise SDR, you will be instrumental in generating qualified sales opportunities by strategically engaging senior cybersecurity leaders within target enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on building a robust pipeline of potential customers, acting as the crucial first point of contact and establishing HackerOne's value proposition as a leader in offensive security and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).
  • • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) and the Marketing team to design and execute sophisticated, account-based prospecting strategies. This involves deep dives into target organizations, understanding their unique security challenges, and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from HackerOne's cutting-edge solutions, including bug bounty programs, vulnerability disclosure, agentic pentesting, AI red teaming, and code security.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves mastering HackerOne's structured onboarding and training program, demonstrating rapid adaptability to new tools, messaging frameworks, and feedback. You will quickly develop foundational knowledge in cybersecurity principles and advanced sales techniques, enabling you to effectively communicate the importance of proactive security measures.
  • • Employing a First Principles Problem Solving approach, you will delve into the root causes of prospective customer pain points. By asking insightful questions and challenging conventional assumptions, you will clearly articulate how HackerOne's offerings directly address critical business risks and enhance an organization's security posture.
  • • You will leverage Data-Driven Decision Making to prioritize outreach efforts, identifying and segmenting high-value enterprise accounts. This analytical approach ensures that your prospecting activities are focused and impactful, maximizing your chances of success.
  • • The role demands proficiency in utilizing AI First and modern sales technologies to enhance prospecting effectiveness and efficiency. You will become adept at using tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Outreach (sales engagement platform), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other AI-enabled workflows to conduct thorough research, personalize communications, and manage follow-up sequences.
  • • As a trusted conduit between potential customers and the sales team, you will build credibility through consistent, informed, and professional engagement. Your ability to connect with senior security leaders, understand their needs, and position HackerOne as a strategic partner will be paramount.
  • • You will take ownership of your activity and results, consistently striving to meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities. Continuous self-refinement through data analysis and feedback incorporation will be key to your ongoing success and development within the team.
  • • This position is a remote role, ideally suited for candidates located within approximately 50 miles of Boston, MA, Austin, TX, or Washington, DC.
