- • Drive pipeline growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting to contribute directly to Illumio’s revenue objectives in the UK enterprise market.
- • Own and execute account-based prospecting campaigns, including mapping target accounts and identifying key decision-makers within assigned territories.
- • Utilize multiple communication channels—including phone, email, and social media—to engage prospects, build relationships, and convert interest into qualified sales pipeline.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align outreach strategies and maximize collective win rates.
- • Leverage sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to manage workflows, track interactions, and optimize prospecting efficiency.
- • Conduct value-based prospecting by understanding customer pain points related to ransomware containment and Zero Trust Segmentation to tailor outreach effectively.
- • Map complex enterprise environments to identify high-potential accounts and navigate organizational structures to reach the right stakeholders.
- • Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging for audiences ranging from C-suite executives to technical decision-makers.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision, holding yourself to a high standard of performance and accountability.
- • Stay current on Illumio’s AI Security Graph platform and breach containment solutions to articulate value propositions accurately and credibly.
- • Continuously refine prospecting techniques based on feedback, metrics, and evolving market dynamics to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- • Participate in team rituals, training sessions, and performance reviews to support personal development and team-wide success.
- • Contribute to a culture of belonging by embracing diverse perspectives and collaborating with a globally distributed, high-performing sales team.
- • Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to ensure visibility and alignment across the sales organization.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting market conditions while maintaining consistent outreach volume and quality.
- • Represent Illumio professionally in all external and internal communications as a frontline ambassador of the brand.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably within software or technology industries
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- • Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders with value-based prospecting and objection handling
- • Self-driven mindset with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments without close supervision
- • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and social channels
