📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise at HackerOne, you will play a critical role in building pipeline by engaging senior cybersecurity leaders through strategic, account-based, multi-channel prospecting, directly supporting the company’s mission to reduce cyber risk for global enterprises.
• Day to day, you will demonstrate change agility through onboarding and training, apply first principles problem solving to understand customer challenges, partner with Account Executives and Marketing on coordinated outreach, leverage AI-first sales technologies like Salesforce and Outreach, and own your activity by meeting or exceeding monthly goals for qualified meetings and opportunities.
• You will join a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) trusted by industry leaders such as Goldman Sachs, Uber, and the U.S. Department of Defense, operating within a culture that values customer obsession, transparency, and winning together through inclusion and empowerment.
• In this role, you will develop foundational cybersecurity and sales skills, gain expertise in offensive security solutions like bug bounty and AI red teaming, and build a career in innovative cybersecurity software sales with clear pathways for growth and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar
• Strong written communication skills, including email writing and account research
• Comfort executing outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels
• Ability to manage activity and pipeline using CRM and sales engagement tools
• Experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts (preferred)
• Background in cybersecurity or SaaS technology (preferred)
