  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Enterprise clients in the DACH region, you will be instrumental in driving Deel's expansion by identifying and engaging with new enterprise-level accounts. This role is pivotal in generating high-quality sales leads and nurturing them into qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. You will be a key player in breaking into new markets, building relationships with multiple stakeholders across various levels within target organizations, and directly contributing to Deel's bottom-line growth.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to execute both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies. This involves conducting thorough market research to pinpoint potential enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges related to global hiring, payroll, and HR compliance, and initiating contact through a multi-channel approach. You will be expected to develop a deep understanding of each lead's business needs and their current approach to managing international workforces.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve educating prospective clients on the value proposition of Deel's comprehensive platform. You will leverage Deel's well-established sales playbook and cutting-edge tech stack to craft compelling outreach campaigns. This includes designing and implementing effective email sequences, making strategic cold calls, and engaging prospects through various channels such as events and webinars.
  • • You will meticulously map out target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers. Your efforts will focus on qualifying leads by understanding their hiring processes, compliance requirements, and their current pain points in managing a global team. This qualification process is crucial for ensuring that sales efforts are focused on the most promising opportunities.
  • • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the broader sales team, including Account Executives and Marketing, to align prospecting efforts with overall company goals. You will also contribute to the continuous refinement of our Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, sharing insights gained from your market interactions.
  • • The SDR will be responsible for nurturing leads through the initial stages of the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-up until a qualified meeting is secured. This requires exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage a high volume of leads and outreach activities effectively.
  • • Beyond direct lead generation, you will play a role in supporting marketing initiatives by providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and identifying new avenues for lead generation. Your ability to articulate Deel's value proposition clearly and persuasively will be essential in converting interest into tangible sales opportunities.
