- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Enterprise clients in Israel, you will be at the forefront of Deel's mission to revolutionize global payroll and HR. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging prospective enterprise-level clients, initiating crucial conversations that lay the groundwork for Deel's continued rapid expansion. This position is instrumental in driving new business acquisition by meticulously researching target accounts, understanding their unique challenges in global workforce management, and effectively communicating Deel's value proposition.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality sales leads through a combination of proactive outbound prospecting and strategic inbound lead follow-up. This involves mastering Deel's comprehensive suite of solutions and tailoring your approach to resonate with the complex needs of large organizations. You will be expected to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns across multiple channels, including personalized email sequences, strategic cold calling, and leveraging social selling techniques.
- • A key aspect of this role is to deeply understand the prospect's current approach to onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, and global team management. By asking insightful questions and actively listening, you will qualify leads, ensuring they are a strong fit for Deel's offerings and have a genuine need for our platform. This qualification process is critical for setting up our Account Executives for success.
- • You will collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams, contributing to the continuous refinement of Deel's Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. Your insights from the front lines of customer engagement will be invaluable in shaping our sales strategies and optimizing our tools.
- • The role demands a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work autonomously while also being a strong team player. You will be responsible for managing your pipeline, tracking your progress against ambitious targets, and consistently seeking ways to improve your performance and contribute to the team's overall success.
- • You will be tasked with mapping out target enterprise accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within these organizations, and developing a strategic plan to penetrate these accounts. This requires a keen understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- • A significant part of your day-to-day will involve educating potential clients on the benefits of Deel's all-in-one platform, highlighting how it can streamline their global operations, ensure compliance, reduce costs, and enhance the employee experience. You will be the initial point of contact, building rapport and establishing Deel as a trusted advisor.
- • You will meticulously track all your activities and interactions within our CRM and sales engagement tools, ensuring accurate data for forecasting and performance analysis. This data-driven approach is essential for continuous improvement and demonstrating your impact.
- • The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives by providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and identifying new lead generation opportunities. You will be a crucial link between marketing efforts and sales execution, ensuring a seamless flow of qualified leads.
