  • • As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s rapid growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise leads across Italy and Spain, directly contributing to Deel’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform for distributed teams.
  • • You will be instrumental in breaking into new accounts, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of target organizations, and feeding qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline—making you a critical link between marketing, product, and revenue generation in one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving Deel’s growth through strategic inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that evolve into qualified opportunities and closed business.
  • • You will learn from Deel’s seasoned sales team and actively contribute to refining the company’s world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, helping to institutionalize best practices in enterprise outreach and lead qualification.
  • • You will educate and nurture leads through multi-channel prospecting—including phone calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, event participation, and targeted webinars—ensuring consistent, high-touch engagement that builds trust and moves prospects through the funnel.
  • • You will develop a deep understanding of each lead’s generation process, align with marketing initiatives, map prospect touchpoints, and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives by documenting key insights on organizational structure, pain points, and buying intent.
  • • You will craft and optimize high-converting email sequences and execute disciplined cold-calling campaigns to map and penetrate enterprise accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to improve response and conversion rates.
  • • You will conduct persistent, professional follow-up via calls and emails until meetings are secured, maintaining a high activity quota while prioritizing quality over quantity in every interaction.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the wider sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align messaging, share feedback on lead quality, and continuously improve processes and communication workflows based on real-world market response.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales development, outbound sales, or a similar commercial role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • • Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Italian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive email sequences and conducting professional phone outreach
  • • Strong organizational and time management abilities, self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic team environment
