- • As a Sales Development Representative, Enterprise | Nordics at Deel, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in the Nordic region, directly contributing to pipeline development and revenue performance in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting via email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns; researching and qualifying leads; creating personalized outreach sequences; nurturing leads toward qualified meetings; maintaining accurate CRM data; collaborating with Account Executives on handoffs; and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to refine lead-generation processes.
- • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across 100+ countries, speaking 74 languages, at Deel—the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams—where you’ll help scale smarter, faster, and more compliantly while supporting the company’s mission to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales, gain deep experience in HR tech and fintech markets, sharpen your communication and prospecting skills, and build a foundation for a career as a sought-after leader in the future of work, backed by Deel’s $17.3 billion valuation and $1B ARR milestone.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role
- • Fully proficient in Finnish language
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage prospects across multiple channels
- • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly environment
- • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and outreach activities simultaneously
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline-generation targets
