  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Enterprise clients in the UKI region, you will be instrumental in driving Deel's expansion by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. This role is pivotal, directly impacting the company's bottom line by initiating contact with potential enterprise clients and building foundational relationships. You will operate at the critical intersection of marketing and sales, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective customers and meticulously qualifying them to ensure a seamless transition to our Account Executive team.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a dynamic mix of inbound and outbound prospecting. This includes conducting thorough market research to pinpoint high-potential enterprise accounts, engaging with multiple contacts within these organizations at various levels, and understanding their unique challenges and needs related to global payroll, HR, and compliance. You will be a key player in educating these leads about Deel's comprehensive platform and its transformative benefits for their business operations.
  • • A significant aspect of this role is collaboration. You will work closely with our experienced sales team, contributing to the continuous refinement of our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. This collaborative environment fosters learning and innovation, allowing you to gain insights from seasoned professionals while also contributing your unique perspective to shape our sales strategies.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns. This involves crafting compelling email sequences, making strategic cold calls, and leveraging various channels such as events and webinars to engage prospects. The goal is to not only generate interest but also to secure qualified meetings for the Account Executive team, thereby building a robust pipeline of potential business.
  • • A core function of the SDR is to deeply understand each lead generation process, from initial marketing touchpoints to the final handoff. You will meticulously track prospect interactions, gather crucial information about their onboarding and HR strategies, and ensure that all necessary details are communicated effectively to the Account Executive to facilitate a smooth and successful sales cycle.
  • • This role demands a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote setting. You will need to be highly organized, possess exceptional time management skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to work autonomously, identifying and implementing solutions independently.
