- • As a Sales Development Representative at Tandem Health Inc., you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare by introducing an AI-powered medical assistant designed by clinicians for clinicians, directly impacting how care is delivered across France by reducing administrative burden and enabling clinicians to focus on patients.
- • You will own a defined geographic territory, building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals through consistent field presence, identifying real-world operational challenges, and initiating meaningful conversations that drive adoption of solutions that improve workflow efficiency and care quality.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting field visits to clinics, medical offices, and care facilities to secure meetings, managing the full sales cycle from discovery and solution presentation to objection handling, closing, and onboarding, while ensuring successful product adoption through in-clinic training and support.
- • You will collaborate closely with Marketing and commercial leadership to refine outbound messaging, share field insights, and continuously improve go-to-market playbooks based on real clinician feedback and observed use cases.
- • By deeply understanding clinician workflows, you will tailor solutions that save time, reduce administrative load, enhance visibility into patient care, and ultimately strengthen the quality of care delivered—turning sales conversations into tangible improvements in healthcare delivery.

🎯 Requirements
- • First experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, ideally with field prospecting or direct customer contact.
- • Strong motivation for sales and comfort working toward targets, with resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive, driven mindset.
- • Ability to manage a full sales cycle with guidance, from initial contact and discovery through to closing and onboarding.
- • Marked interest in the healthcare sector, digital health products, or technologies that improve professional workflows and deliver positive societal impact.
- • Collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and strong desire to learn and grow within a rapidly expanding commercial team.
- • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
