- • As a Sales Development Representative focused on the French market, you will play a critical role in driving Perk’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers in one of our key international markets. Your work will directly feed the sales pipeline and support the company’s mission to eliminate shadow work and empower real work through intelligent travel and spend management solutions.
- • You will conduct outbound prospecting using phone, email, and social channels to generate leads, evaluate their fit, and schedule product demonstrations with Sales Executives, while developing deep expertise in Perk’s platform and the broader travel technology landscape.
- • You will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, gain insights into customer needs, and articulate Perk’s value proposition to decision-makers such as Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers.
- • You will maintain accurate records in Salesforce, manage a growing pipeline of opportunities, and continuously improve your approach through feedback, training, and cross-functional learning.
- • You will develop advanced SaaS sales skills, including consultative selling, objection handling, and executive-level communication, positioning yourself for long-term career growth within Perk’s high-performing sales organization.
- • You will join a diverse, values-driven team that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning, working in a hybrid environment that balances in-person connection with flexibility.
- • You will gain exposure to global business practices, enhance your bilingual communication abilities, and contribute to a company trusted by over 10,000 organizations worldwide, including industry leaders like Wise, On Running, and Breitling.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written French
- • High proficiency in spoken and written English
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- • Ability to build credibility and rapport quickly over the phone with prospects
- • Strong understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle
- • Goal-oriented mindset with perseverance, ambition, and ethical integrity
- • Proactive and innovative approach to lead generation
- • Customer-centric mindset with ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- • Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus
- • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
