- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Abnormal Security, you will serve as the 'tip of the spear' in the sales process, driving new business opportunities in your assigned territory by engaging prospective accounts through strategic outreach.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients, identify their needs, suggest appropriate cybersecurity solutions, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and partner closely with sales teams to advance opportunities while meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
- • You will join an elite, high-performing sales organization at Abnormal Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on AI-powered email security, where collaboration, ambition, and a team-oriented mindset are valued across a distributed, remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative sales, AI-assisted prospecting, and enterprise-level engagement, gaining hands-on experience with modern sales tools and methodologies while building a foundation for career advancement in sales or account executive roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- • Fluency in German is required
- • Strong professional communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed sales team and manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently
- • Hands-on experience with sales techniques including cold calls, and aptitude to leverage AI tools for personalization and relevance in prospect outreach
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
