  • • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Abnormal Security, you will serve as the "tip of the spear" in the sales process, driving new business opportunities in your assigned territory by engaging prospective accounts through strategic outreach.
  • • Day to day, you will conduct outbound cold calls and emails to potential clients, identify their needs, suggest relevant Abnormal Security solutions, qualify leads from marketing campaigns, and partner closely with sales teams to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets while acting as a subject matter expert on the company’s product offering.
  • • You will join an elite, high-performing sales organization at Abnormal Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity company focused on AI-powered email security, where collaboration, ambition, and a team-oriented mindset are valued across a distributed, remote-first workforce.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced sales skills, master AI-assisted prospecting techniques, deepen your understanding of enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and build a foundation for career growth into senior sales or account executive roles within a market-leading organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6 months to 1+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • • Fluency in German is required
  • • Strong professional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation — with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders via phone and email
  • • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed sales team and manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently
  • • Hands-on experience with sales techniques including cold calls, and aptitude to leverage AI tools for personalization and relevance in prospect outreach
