- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Atropos Health, you will play a critical role in building the Health System sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective healthcare system customers to drive revenue growth and support the company’s mission of transforming healthcare through real-world evidence.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels; qualifying inbound and outbound leads; scheduling discovery calls with Sales leadership; maintaining accurate CRM records in HubSpot; and collaborating with Marketing to refine outreach strategies and sequences.
- • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven commercial sales team at Atropos Health, a company dedicated to closing evidence gaps in healthcare using its GENEVA™ OS platform to improve patient outcomes and accelerate medical research through real-world data.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare sales, refine your outbound prospecting skills, gain deep familiarity with CRM and sales intelligence tools, and grow your ability to engage executive-level stakeholders—positioning you for advancement into senior sales or sales operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- • 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Health System accounts
- • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
- • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- • Passionate about healthcare and technology
