📋 Description
- • As a Sales Development Representative at TeamDynamix, you will drive new business by identifying and engaging prospects in the Higher Ed and nonprofit sectors, collaborating with marketing and outside sales teams to convert leads into opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and identifying potential accounts, preparing discovery documentation, nurturing marketing-qualified leads, managing your territory, scheduling appointments with field sales, and achieving sales goals through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- • You will join a growing, dynamic inside sales team supported by a fully integrated marketing program that leverages marketing automation, behavioral scoring, and multi-channel campaigns to generate warm leads, enabling you to focus on high-impact prospecting.
- • This role offers ongoing learning in sales methodologies, exposure to field sales techniques, and a clear path to advance into enterprise sales, helping you build a strong foundation for long-term career growth in B2B SaaS sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • A college degree, typically in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing/Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- • 1–3+ years of sales experience in the software/tech industry in various capacities
- • Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
- • Self-motivated with strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
- • Ability to engage and nurture early-stage leads into active sales opportunities and think quickly on your feet
