📋 Description

• Forge and cultivate relationships with DraftKings' most engaged players as a VIP Host, executing the day-to-day strategy of the industry-leading VIP engagement program to understand player needs and foster long-term loyalty.
• Create new business revenue by developing authentic, trusted player relationships; manage all aspects of player relationships through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses; maintain market understanding while proactively offering new game offerings, promotions, channels, and platforms.
• Join a publicly traded technology company (NASDAQ: DKNG) headquartered in Boston that is shaping the future through AI-powered innovation in gaming, customer experience, and operations; work in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment energized by emerging technology.
• Develop expertise in VIP customer engagement, responsible gaming practices, market analysis, and player feedback synthesis; gain experience driving brand advocacy and platform improvements through direct player interaction and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions based on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
