- • As a Sales Development Representative at Homebase Labs Inc., you will drive the top of the sales funnel by identifying and engaging small business owners and multi-location operators to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- • Your day-to-day activities include owning outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social channels, conducting consultative discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, qualifying leads, booking high-intent meetings for Account Executives, and managing your pipeline in Salesforce while consistently exceeding activity and conversion targets.
- • You will join a fast-moving, mission-driven team at Homebase that is obsessed with empowering small businesses through intuitive workforce management tools, where collaboration, experimentation, and customer empathy are core to how work gets done.
- • In this role, you will develop foundational SaaS sales skills, master outbound engagement strategies, gain hands-on experience with CRM and sales technology, and build a performance-driven career path with clear opportunities for growth into full-cycle sales or sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or high-volume environments such as retail, hospitality, recruiting, or door-to-door sales
- • Strong communication and rapport-building skills with the ability to engage prospects across phone, email, and social channels
- • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
- • Experience or interest in outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and using data to optimize outreach and conversion rates
- • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- • Interest or background in restaurant, hospitality, or small business operations is advantageous
