📋 Description

• Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Sales Development Representative (Inbound | Healthcare) to support a growing healthcare-focused sales team by handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for senior sales executives.
• Day to day, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients, qualify leads based on defined criteria, schedule product demos and appointments for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with prospects for timely engagement, and learn to articulate the company’s healthcare value proposition.
• You will be part of a remote-first, global team working with fast-growing companies, operating within US time zones (EST–PST), collaborating closely with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion while building a long-term remote career.
• In this role, you will develop core sales skills in lead qualification, CRM management, and healthcare industry outreach, gain experience with remote collaboration tools, and build a foundation for advancement into senior sales or account executive positions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
• Prior experience working remotely with fluency in tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
• Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
• Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
