  • • Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients seeking services or products from Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc.
  • • Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria and route qualified opportunities to Account Executives for further engagement.
  • • Schedule appointments and product demos for senior sales executives, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate calendar management.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activity, interactions, and outcomes within the company’s CRM system.
  • • Follow up with inbound prospects to nurture engagement and ensure no qualified leads are lost due to delayed response.
  • • Learn and clearly articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition to prospects during outreach and conversations.
  • • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality, conversion patterns, and messaging effectiveness.
  • • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with client and team availability.
  • • Operate remotely with a professional home office setup, including a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage all inbound lead activity.
  • • Use VoIP and dialer tools to efficiently manage outbound follow-ups on inbound leads.
  • • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and video conferencing tools including Zoom and Slack.
  • • Work within Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments for document sharing, scheduling, and team collaboration.
  • • Adhere to established sales processes and protocols for lead qualification and handoff to Account Executives.
  • • Maintain compliance with data privacy and sales documentation standards when handling client information.
  • • Participate in regular coaching sessions and training to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of inbound lead conversion workflows based on real-time feedback and performance metrics.
  • • Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, reflecting Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc.’s standards and values.
  • • Support a remote-first culture by being responsive, proactive, and accountable in a distributed team environment.
