  • • As a Sales Development Representative (Inbound | Healthcare) at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by serving as the first point of contact for healthcare-focused prospects, ensuring timely qualification and handoff to senior sales executives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • • Day to day, you will manage high volumes of inbound leads via phone, email, and web inquiries, applying consistent qualification frameworks to assess fit based on company-defined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • • You will schedule and confirm product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives, maintaining meticulous records in the CRM to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate forecasting.
  • • Daily responsibilities include proactive follow-up with leads to reduce response time, logging all interactions with detailed notes, and collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • • You will continuously refine your ability to articulate the company’s healthcare value proposition—focusing on outcomes like improved patient engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance—through ongoing training and real-time coaching.
  • • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential; you’ll participate in weekly syncs with sales and marketing to review lead sources, conversion trends, and script optimizations, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Over time, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare sales processes, CRM mastery, and consultative communication techniques, positioning yourself for advancement into Account Executive or sales leadership roles within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
  • • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
  • • Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
  • • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
  • • Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
