📋 Description
- • Join Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through a balanced mix of outbound and inbound sales activities, supporting fast-growing global companies while building a long-term remote career.
- • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach, manage inbound leads, perform prospect research, set sales appointments, maintain CRM data, and mentor junior SDRs while consistently meeting pipeline targets.
- • Work with a remote-first team serving US and UK-based clients, collaborating across time zones (EST–PST) using modern sales engagement tools and CRM platforms.
- • Develop advanced sales skills in objection handling, consultative selling, and pipeline forecasting while gaining leadership experience through coaching junior team members and contributing to sales strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
- • Prior experience working remotely with fluency in tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or Asana
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
- • Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions
- • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- • High level of self-motivation and time management
