- • Serve as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting outbound sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers in the healthcare sector.
- • Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate qualified leads.
- • Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, challenges, and buying intent to determine fit for the company’s solutions.
- • Schedule qualified meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives to advance the sales pipeline.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead interactions, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system.
- • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls made, conversations held, and meetings booked.
- • Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach messages and increase engagement rates.
- • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and refine outreach strategies based on results.
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with sales team schedules and customer availability.
- • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track lead progression and ensure data integrity.
- • Leverage sales engagement tools like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Apollo to automate and scale outreach workflows.
- • Communicate daily via Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace to coordinate with remote US-based teams.
- • Operate with high self-discipline and time management in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
- • Maintain consistent productivity and accountability in a high-volume, rejection-resistant outbound sales environment.
- • Demonstrate strong written and spoken English communication skills in all customer-facing interactions.
- • Ensure all activities comply with company protocols and sales process standards.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of SDR processes through feedback and performance analysis.
- • Work exclusively with US or UK-based companies and understand their sales cycles, decision-making structures, and communication norms.
- • Adhere strictly to the requirement of prior remote work experience and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
- • Only candidates who are graduates of the American University in Cairo (Fifth Settlement), Coventry University (New Capital), or German University in Cairo (GUC) are eligible to apply.
