- • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities through consultative engagement.
- • Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification to ensure targeting accuracy and relevance.
- • Set and manage sales appointments and product demos for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and scheduling.
- • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets through disciplined prospecting and execution.
- • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM data to support sales forecasting and reporting.
- • Provide actionable feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies to improve team performance.
- • Support the onboarding and coaching of junior Sales Development Representatives as needed.
- • Work exclusively within US time zones (EST–PST) to align with client and team schedules.
- • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions, pipeline progress, and lead status.
- • Leverage dialers and sales engagement tools to optimize outreach volume and efficiency.
- • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, research, and engage with target prospects.
- • Collaborate remotely using Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and task management tools like Asana.
- • Operate independently in a fully remote environment with strong self-motivation and time management.
- • Engage with US or UK-based companies as primary clients and prospects.
- • Adapt prospecting techniques across multiple industries and sales environments to maximize conversion rates.
- • Participate in pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting to contribute to sales team planning.
- • Serve as a mentor to junior SDRs by sharing best practices, reviewing call recordings, and offering guidance.
- • Maintain strict adherence to remote work expectations, including availability during core US business hours.
- • Ensure all outreach complies with company messaging standards and compliance guidelines.
- • Track and report on key metrics including call volume, email response rates, and appointment conversion rates.
- • Continuously refine prospecting techniques based on performance data and team feedback.
- • Represent Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. professionally in all external and internal communications.
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and team collaboration in a remote-first environment.
