- • Kick-start your sales career with Seamless.AI’s high-impact 8-week internship that runs from November 3 – December 27. You’ll work 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–1 PM EST, splitting time between remote prospecting and on-site collaboration in Columbus, OH. This is not a “shadowing” program—you will own real pipeline targets, speak with C-suite prospects, and close your first meetings before the holidays.
- • Master modern outbound prospecting. Using Seamless.AI’s own best-in-class data platform, you will build laser-focused lists of decision-makers, craft personalized emails, and execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns. Expect 60–80 touches per day and immediate feedback loops that sharpen your messaging in real time.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives. Every qualified meeting you set will be handed off to an AE for live demo or discovery. You’ll sit in on those calls, debrief outcomes, and iterate on your approach—gaining rare visibility into full-cycle SaaS sales within your first month.
- • Own your metrics in Salesforce and Outreach. You’ll log every call, email, and meeting, build dashboards that track conversion rates, and present weekly “wins & learnings” to the SDR leadership team. By week 4 you’ll be forecasting your own pipeline contribution like a seasoned rep.
- • Immerse yourself in daily stand-ups, Zoom power-hours, and peer role-plays. Our SDR managers run micro-trainings on objection handling, social selling, and multichannel sequencing—then send you back to the phones to test what you just learned while it’s still fresh.
- • Receive 1:1 coaching from reps who have promoted to AE, CSM, and even Director roles. Each intern is paired with a mentor who reviews call recordings, provides script tweaks, and maps out a personal development plan that aligns with Seamless.AI’s internal career ladder.
- • Contribute to team culture and product feedback loops. Interns join our #wins Slack channel, celebrate closed deals, and flag data-quality issues they discover while prospecting. Your frontline insights directly influence roadmap priorities and AI model training.
- • Graduate with a portfolio of real results. Past interns have booked 40+ qualified meetings, influenced $500K+ in pipeline, and received early offers to join our full-time SDR cohort. Whether you pursue sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship, you’ll leave with tangible proof of your hustle and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (any major welcome) with reliable academic or extracurricular track record
- • Able to work 20 hrs/week, 9 AM–1 PM EST, and attend periodic on-site sessions in Columbus, OH
- • Positive, coachable mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Comfortable making 60+ cold calls per day and handling rejection with resilience
- • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace for remote Zoom sessions
