- • As a Sales Development Representative in Italy, you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue for Contentsquare’s Southern Europe Sales function, directly contributing to the company’s growth in the experience analytics market.
- • Day to day, you will research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers, prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities like cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling, qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via discovery calls, and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with detailed opportunity context.
- • You will join a global leader in experience analytics with a growing presence across 15 offices worldwide, working from the Milan office on a hybrid basis (in-office a few days per week) as part of a team focused on driving impact and scaling further in Southern Europe.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B sales processes, refine your communication and prospecting skills, gain deep knowledge of Contentsquare’s experience intelligence platform, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and quotas—building a strong foundation for a career in sales or account management.
