• • As a Sales Development Representative at Deel, you will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across a defined segment or product, directly contributing to pipeline development and revenue performance in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting via email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns; researching and qualifying leads; creating personalized outreach sequences; educating and nurturing prospects toward qualified meetings; maintaining accurate CRM data; collaborating with Account Executives on opportunity handoffs; and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to refine lead-generation processes.
• • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 people across more than 100 countries, speaking 74 languages, at Deel—the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams—where you’ll contribute to a mission of unlocking global opportunity by breaking down barriers in hiring and career access through innovative HRIS, payroll, compliance, and AI-powered tools.
