  • • In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on outbound prospecting, meticulously qualifying inbound interest, and expertly booking meetings for our Account Executives. Your primary mission will be pipeline generation, employing structured and strategic outreach methodologies, and continuously refining our messaging and conversion rates to maximize effectiveness. You will be instrumental in identifying and researching prospective companies within key target industries, including the rapidly evolving landscapes of fintech, Web3, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), global payroll solutions, and the burgeoning market for distributed teams.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve executing a high-volume of outbound prospecting activities across multiple channels. This includes crafting compelling outreach via email, leveraging the professional networking power of LinkedIn, engaging in direct phone calls, and utilizing sophisticated sales automation tools to streamline your efforts. A critical aspect of your role will be to effectively qualify both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they align with our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and exhibit clear buying signals. This qualification process is essential for ensuring our Account Executives are focusing their valuable time on the most promising opportunities.
  • • Beyond lead qualification, you will be responsible for booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless and clean handoff of opportunities. Maintaining meticulous accuracy in your activity and pipeline data within our CRM, HubSpot, is paramount. This data integrity allows for insightful analysis and strategic adjustments to our sales approach. You will also be tasked with actively testing and optimizing your outreach messaging, experimenting with different approaches to improve reply rates and ultimately increase meeting conversions. This iterative process of testing and refinement is key to staying ahead in a competitive market.
  • • To excel in this role, you will need to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Rise's product suite. This knowledge will empower you to clearly and persuasively communicate our unique value proposition to potential clients, highlighting how we solve their most pressing challenges. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital feedback loop for our marketing and product teams. By providing structured and actionable insights on lead quality, market response, and messaging performance, you will directly contribute to the continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategy and product development.
