🎯 Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment
• Proven success in achieving sales metrics
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
• Native-level proficiency in German
• Strong business communication skills in English (C1+ level) – verbal and written
