- • As a Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) UK based, remote at Happyhotel GmbH, you will be the first point of contact for hoteliers, building relationships and identifying their challenges to position happyhotel as the solution for stress-free revenue management. Your role is critical in expanding market awareness and driving early-stage sales engagement.
- • Day to day, you will engage hoteliers via phone, email, and social media to communicate the benefits of the software, build a sales pipeline, schedule qualified demos for the Account Executive team, actively network within the hotel industry, identify new use cases and expansion opportunities, collaborate with customer support, development, and marketing to highlight customer success stories, use HubSpot CRM to manage interactions and contribute to a knowledge database, and represent happyhotel at trade fairs with up to 15% travel expectation.
- • You will join a dynamic start-up environment with flat hierarchies and a motivated, helpful team focused on achieving great things together. The company values creativity, initiative, and collaboration across departments to showcase real-world impact and drive product adoption.
- • In this role, you will develop strong sales and communication skills, gain deep insights into the hotel industry and SaaS sales processes, learn to use CRM tools like HubSpot effectively, enhance your ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions, and grow professionally through personal training budget support while contributing directly to company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Successfully completed commercial/technical training or a degree
- • Experience of cold-calling, paired with the necessary empathy and persistence
- • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with different personalities
- • Fluent in English (native level)
- • High level of self-organization and initiative
- • Ability to travel within UK and EU
