- • Lead a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team focused on driving pipeline growth through inbound and outbound strategies at StackBlitz, the innovator behind Bolt.new and WebContainers.
- • Manage, coach, and support SDRs through weekly 1:1s and daily feedback while building a positive, accountable team culture that fosters career growth and skill development.
- • Own and optimize the end-to-end SDR process, including lead follow-up, outbound strategy, cadence design, ICP targeting, and personalization to improve conversion and efficiency.
- • Manage and enhance SDR tooling stack (Clay or Freckle, HubSpot or Salesforce, Apollo) by improving lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and identifying automation opportunities without sacrificing personalization.
- • Partner closely with Sales, Growth, and Product teams to align on goals, share insights, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- • Drive performance by tracking daily activity and conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and coaching reps to consistently exceed quota.
- • Contribute to a fully remote, globally distributed team passionate about redefining software development through AI-powered tools used by over 1 million developers monthly.
- • Grow as a leader by scaling a repeatable outbound engine, refining GTM systems, and making a direct impact on revenue generation in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of experience leading SDR/BDR teams with a proven track record of coaching reps to exceed quota.
- • Deep hands-on experience with Clay or Freckle.io for prospecting and data enrichment.
- • Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms for managing pipelines and tracking activity.
- • Skilled in using Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft for sales engagement and sequence automation.
- • Strong background in designing and refining outbound strategies, including cadences, ICP targeting, messaging, and personalization techniques.
- • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, essential for collaboration with global teams, stakeholders, and customers.
