- • As a Sales Development Representative for the Mid-Market team at Airwallex, you will play a foundational role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for a newly launched segment targeting companies with 500-2,000 employees and an ACV of $100k, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering global businesses with unified payments and financial infrastructure.
- • You will generate and cultivate high-quality leads through strategic outreach to executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Finance functions, initiating complex product workshops and financial analyses that drive pipeline creation and support the US Mid-Market sales team’s growth objectives.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives to develop and refine outbound strategies, nurture opportunities, and help close business within the Mid-Market segment, leveraging your autonomy to influence processes and platform client experience as a founding member of the GTM team.
- • You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to drive product strategy and ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of mid-market clients managing global financial operations.
- • You will operate in a high-impact, fast-paced environment alongside a global team of over 2,000 innovators across 26 offices, contributing to Airwallex’s mission of building the future of global banking while accelerating your own professional growth through ownership, curiosity, and first-principles thinking.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- • 12 months of experience in sales, account management, or related customer service
- • Start-up, fintech, or software B2B experience
