- • Deel is seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly expanding Mid-Market team, focusing on the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in driving Deel's growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities, ultimately contributing significantly to our bottom line. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales funnel, responsible for breaking into new accounts and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within our target customer segments. Your success will directly fuel the company's expansion and solidify Deel's position as the leading global payroll and HR platform.
- • In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our experienced Account Executives and the broader sales team, leveraging their expertise to refine our world-class Sales Playbook and optimize our sales technology stack. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality sales leads through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. This involves a multifaceted approach, including meticulous market research to pinpoint potential customers, understanding their unique challenges related to global hiring and payroll, and effectively qualifying these leads to ensure they are a strong fit for Deel's comprehensive solutions.
- • A significant part of your role will involve educating and nurturing these leads through their buyer's journey. You will employ a variety of communication channels, including targeted phone calls, personalized email sequences, participation in industry events, webinars, and other strategic marketing campaigns. The goal is to build rapport, understand prospect needs, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Deel's platform. You will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, actively support marketing initiatives, manage prospect touch-points, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives for further engagement and closing.
- • To achieve these objectives, you will be responsible for crafting compelling email sequences and executing strategic cold-calling campaigns designed to map out target accounts and penetrate them effectively. This requires a proactive and persistent approach, conducting follow-up calls and emails until valuable meetings are secured.
