  • In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients.   • Conduct in-depth research on target companies to identify key stakeholders and understand their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound prospecting plan using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, social media, video).
  • Craft compelling and personalized messaging to engage senior-level contacts within target accounts.
  • Articulate the value proposition of InfluxDB and its relevance to specific use cases such as DevOps, IoT, AI, and Data Science.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, budget, authority, and timeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar outbound prospecting role.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving top-tier performance (e.g., consistently in the top 10% of SDRs) and meeting or exceeding new business meeting quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for technology, with the ability to quickly learn and master sales tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to all levels of an organization.
  • Experience utilizing sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and prospecting tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar for creating compelling and personalized prospecting emails and outreach content.
