- • As a Sales Development Representative at Workato, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities across the Nordics region. Your work will directly contribute to expanding Workato’s market presence by connecting with potential clients in IT, Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Support functions.
- • Day to day, you will engage in outbound prospecting through cold calling and email outreach, collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution, work closely with Sales to refine territory strategies, consult existing customers to uncover expansion opportunities, and consistently track and report on your progress toward individual and team sales targets.

- • In this role, you will develop core sales skills, gain deep exposure to enterprise SaaS sales motions, learn to navigate complex buyer journeys, and build a foundation for advancement into Account Executive or other sales leadership roles within a high-performance, supportive team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 months to 1 year of prior Sales Development or sales-related experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- • Proficiency in Finnish or Swedish (required for this Nordics-focused role)
- • Familiarity with sales and productivity tools such as Google Apps, Outreach, Zoominfo, Slack, and Salesforce (SFDC)
- • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey information and analyze customer needs to support buying decisions
- • High energy, self-motivation, initiative-taking, and a disciplined approach to managing the early stages of the sales cycle
- • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent experiences and collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
