• • The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deel is the engine behind global growth, driving lead generation and relationship-building across target customer segments to fuel the company’s expansion in the global HR and payroll market.
• • Day to day, the SDR will drive growth by generating high-quality outbound leads, collaborate with the sales team to refine the Sales Playbook and tech stack, engage leads via phone, email, events, and webinars, master the lead generation process, build targeted email sequences, make confident cold calls, and conduct timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and set up meetings with Account Executives.
