📋 Description

• • As a Sales Development Representative for Pure Storage, you will be the first point of contact for prospects in the Central and Eastern European market, driving new business opportunities that directly impact company growth and support the transition from disk to flash storage.
• • Day to day, you will prospect to identify net new opportunities, qualify and set appointments for field counterparts, research key target accounts, collaborate with Field Marketing on outbound campaigns, handle project upsells and renewals, respond to marketing-generated leads, drive attendance to partner events, work closely with Account Executives and Channel partners on prospecting initiatives, communicate regularly with Marketing on lead strategies, stay current on storage trends and competitor activity, and use sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, and Insidesales.com daily, with approximately 5-10% travel for tradeshows and customer visits.
• • You will join Pure Storage’s Inside Sales Organisation at their EMEA headquarters in Staines, UK, a high-performance, collaborative team that values innovation, growth, and teamwork, where individual success is recognized and collaboration is essential to driving impact in a hyper-growth enterprise technology company rooted in Silicon Valley.
• • In this role, you will develop sales expertise through Pure’s guided Sales Development Program, which includes onboarding, mentorship, ongoing product and sales training, and peer collaboration, enabling you to build a career path toward field sales assignments while mastering prospecting, qualification, presentation, and sales execution skills in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
