- • CloudZero is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR), internally known as an Account Development Representative (ADR), to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our go-to-market strategy, you will be at the forefront of generating new business opportunities and building the foundation for CloudZero's future growth. - • In this critical role, you will be responsible for generating a robust sales pipeline by identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients. You will work in close partnership with our Account Executives, acting as the initial point of contact and the primary driver for qualifying leads and setting up initial meetings. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas, demonstrating a deep understanding of CloudZero's value proposition and effectively communicating it to prospective customers.
- • Your day-to-day activities will involve a multi-channel approach to outreach. You will leverage phone calls, personalized email campaigns, social media engagement, and potentially direct mail to connect with key decision-makers within target accounts. This requires a proactive and creative mindset, developing innovative strategies to educate and engage prospects about how CloudZero can solve their most pressing business challenges. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities within our CRM system, Salesforce, and sales engagement platform, Outreach, is paramount to ensuring seamless collaboration and effective pipeline management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Must live within commutable distance to Boston and be willing to work hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite).
- • Prior success interacting with people by phone and demonstrating experience overcoming prospecting obstacles.
- • Strong presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to take direction, be coached, and mentored.
- • Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.
