📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at BrowserStack, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers in the US market, serving as the first point of contact in the sales process and helping the company expand its global footprint of over 50,000 enterprise clients including Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, and Google.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting via calls and emails, developing business relationships with prospects, providing product information, demonstrating solution-selling techniques, securing sales appointments (such as webinars or meetings), and meticulously documenting all activities in the CRM system while collaborating closely with Account Executives in the US region.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of Sales/Business Development experience in B2B corporate sales
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a passion for technology
• Strong sense of initiative, self-starter mentality, and personal leadership
• Excellent phone-based relationship-building skills, organisation, articulation, and attention to detail
• Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with high integrity, business acumen, and team collaboration skills
