  • • Latamcent is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is designed to drive significant outbound pipeline generation across a diverse portfolio of client accounts, primarily targeting U.S. markets. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy, focusing on proactive outbound prospecting, sophisticated multi-channel outreach, and the crucial task of booking qualified sales meetings. You will collaborate closely with our dedicated Account Executives and directly engage with client stakeholders to meticulously identify, engage, and ultimately convert high-value prospects into tangible sales opportunities. This is a fully remote position, based in Latin America, with the essential requirement of aligning your work schedule to overlap with U.S. business hours, ensuring seamless communication and engagement with our North American client base.
  • • Your core responsibility will be the execution of comprehensive, multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns. This involves strategically leveraging a combination of email outreach, direct phone calls, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to connect with potential clients. You will be tasked with conducting in-depth research to build and refine targeted prospect lists, ensuring they precisely align with each client’s defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This meticulous approach guarantees that our outreach efforts are focused and highly relevant, maximizing the potential for engagement.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the ability to effectively qualify prospects. You will assess potential clients based on key criteria, including their identified business needs, allocated budget, decision-making authority, and the urgency or timing of their potential engagement. This qualification process is essential for ensuring that Account Executives are presented with the most promising leads, optimizing their time and resources.
  • • Your primary objective will be to book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives. These meetings serve as the crucial first step in the sales process, where deeper dives into prospect needs and potential solutions can occur. You will be responsible for moving qualified leads efficiently through the initial stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth and consistent flow of opportunities.
  • • Maintaining impeccable records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is paramount. You will be expected to meticulously track all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and qualification notes. This accurate data is vital for performance analysis, strategic adjustments, and ensuring continuity of communication.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to your outreach efforts. This includes monitoring reply rates, meeting booking conversion rates, and the overall contribution of your activities to the sales pipeline. This data-driven approach allows for continuous improvement and demonstrates the impact of your work.
  • • Persistent and professional follow-up with prospects who exhibit interest is a key component of success. You will develop and implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads and keep Latamcent top-of-mind.
  • • Close collaboration with internal sales leadership is expected. You will work together to refine targeting strategies, optimize messaging, and adapt to evolving market dynamics. This collaborative environment fosters innovation and ensures alignment with broader company goals.
  • • A commitment to continuous improvement is essential. You will be encouraged to actively test and refine your messaging, outreach cadences, and prospecting techniques to consistently improve reply rates and meeting booking success. Your insights and experimentation will directly contribute to the overall effectiveness of our sales development efforts.
  • • Success in the first 3-6 months will be measured by your consistent ability to meet or exceed monthly meeting booking targets, your effectiveness in generating qualified pipeline that aligns with client ICPs, and your maintenance of strong CRM hygiene and accurate activity reporting. Furthermore, demonstrating improvement in reply and meeting conversion rates through testing and optimization, and becoming a reliable and impactful pipeline contributor across your assigned client accounts, will signify your success in this role.
