Simultaneously, you will gain hands-on experience in leveraging AI, advanced automation, and LangChain's own powerful tools to redefine GTM strategies and operations. You will not just be selling a product; you will be pioneering the future of AI-driven sales development.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will involve proactively engaging with both inbound and outbound prospects through a multi-channel approach, including phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. The goal is to deeply understand their needs, identify potential alignment with LangChain's solutions, and uncover the value we can deliver.
  • • You will foster a strong collaborative relationship with our Account Executives (AEs), ensuring seamless handoffs of qualified opportunities. Your contribution will extend to guaranteeing a smooth and positive buyer journey from initial contact through to the AE engagement.
  • • A vital part of your role will be to meticulously capture and synthesize insights derived from your prospect conversations. This valuable feedback will directly inform and refine our sales plays, influence the product roadmap, and guide the development of new agent capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar sales-focused role within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently, with the capacity to engage effectively with both technical and business-oriented audiences.
  • • A strong intrinsic motivation for continuous learning, iterative improvement, and experimentation, viewing outreach as a craft to be honed.
  • • Comfort navigating environments that blend structure with ambiguity, possessing the ability to execute established processes while actively seeking opportunities for enhancement.
