- • Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, driving growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events.
- • Qualify leads based on defined criteria including company size, industry, pain points, budget, and decision-making authority, ensuring accurate tracking and management within CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- • Conduct outbound cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in Pallon’s AI-powered sewer defect detection and maintenance advisory services.
- • Craft compelling, tailored messages that clearly communicate Pallon’s value proposition to municipal and urban infrastructure decision-makers.
- • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives, ensuring all relevant information is accurately conveyed and follow-ups are completed to confirm attendance.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to align on sales strategies, share feedback on lead quality, and refine targeting approaches based on real-time pipeline insights.
- • Generate and submit regular reports on outbound activity, lead conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to support data-driven sales planning and performance evaluation.
- • Stay current on industry trends in urban infrastructure, wastewater management, and AI applications in public works to enhance credibility and effectiveness in prospect conversations.
- • Actively participate in ongoing sales training programs to develop and refine prospecting, communication, and CRM utilization skills.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, outreach templates, and qualification frameworks based on hands-on experience and team feedback.
- • Maintain a high level of organizational discipline and attention to detail in managing multiple leads, scheduling tasks, and documenting interactions in the CRM.
- • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment where initiative, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential to success.
- • Engage with a mission-driven team focused on reducing CO2 emissions, preventing urban flooding, and improving the sustainability of city wastewater systems through precise AI analytics.

- • Must be a German native speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to craft compelling, personalized messages
- • Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
