  • • Your role will be deeply integrated with our Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams. A key differentiator of this position is the opportunity to leverage LangChain and LangGraph-powered agents directly in your daily workflow. These AI tools will automate critical tasks such as list building, data enrichment, and initial outreach, liberating you to concentrate on high-impact prospecting activities and engaging conversations with forward-thinking teams exploring the potential of agentic AI.
  • • This role offers a distinct path to becoming a next-generation Go-To-Market (GTM) operator. You will gain invaluable experience by learning to master AI, advanced automation techniques, and LangChain's own powerful platform to enhance your sales development efforts. The objective is to not only generate revenue but also to become a highly skilled practitioner of modern GTM strategies.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with both inbound and outbound prospects. This engagement will occur across multiple channels, including phone calls, email correspondence, and LinkedIn messaging. The goal is to thoroughly understand their needs, identify potential alignment with LangChain's solutions, and uncover the value our platform can deliver to their organization.
  • • You will foster a close and collaborative partnership with our Account Executives (AEs). A critical aspect of your role will be to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities to the AEs, guaranteeing a smooth and positive buyer journey from initial contact through to the handover.
  • • A vital part of your contribution will be to meticulously capture and share insights derived from your prospect conversations. This feedback loop is crucial for informing our evolving sales strategies, refining our product roadmap based on real-world market needs, and guiding the development of our agent technologies.
  • • We encourage a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation. You will be empowered to explore and test new communication channels, refine messaging strategies, and implement innovative automation techniques to consistently enhance conversion rates and overall efficiency in your outreach efforts.
  • • You will actively use and experiment with LangChain-powered agents to test, learn, and iteratively improve your prospecting strategies. This hands-on experience with our core technology will provide unique insights and allow you to become an expert user and advocate.
