- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in fueling our rapid growth trajectory. - • A core component of your role will involve executing strategic outbound prospecting. This means engaging potential clients through persistent and persuasive cold calling, crafting compelling email outreach sequences, and utilizing social selling techniques to capture attention and initiate conversations.
- • You will be tasked with qualifying inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts, ensuring that we are focusing our sales resources on the most promising opportunities. This requires a keen ability to listen, ask insightful questions, and quickly assess a prospect's needs and potential fit with Magical's offerings.
- • Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients is paramount. You will aim to understand their business objectives, pain points, and current workflows, effectively positioning Magical's unique value proposition and articulating how our agentic AI can solve their most pressing challenges.
- • A significant part of your success will depend on your ability to collaborate effectively. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, providing them with comprehensive context and insights. You will also partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance, contributing to the continuous refinement of our sales and marketing strategies.
- • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM database is essential. You will be responsible for meticulously logging all activities, updating prospect information, and managing your pipeline within Salesforce or a similar CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
