📋 Description

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CodeRabbit, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s next stage of growth by generating new business pipeline, qualifying inbound leads, and proactively engaging high-value prospects in the rapidly evolving GenAI and developer tools space.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and identifying new prospects through creative outbound strategies, qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points, and becoming fluent in CodeRabbit’s AI-powered code review product to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies, maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM, and consistently meet weekly and monthly activity goals while sharing insights to improve the company’s go-to-market motion.
• CodeRabbit is an innovative R&D company building human-machine collaboration systems that redefine software development efficiency through GenAI-driven code review, offering you the opportunity to contribute to a category-defining product in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup environment.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales, product-led growth (PLG) motions, and technical sales engagement, while accelerating your career through direct impact, mentorship from leadership, and clear pathways for growth within a scaling GTM team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, with preference for SaaS, PLG, or tech industry background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter mentality with grit, resilience, and persistence to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and exceed performance goals
