- • Generate outbound sales pipeline for Account Executives by prospecting sales leaders at B2B SaaS companies through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- • Conduct independent account research to craft personalized, relevant outreach messages that align with prospect needs and company positioning.
- • Design, test, and refine outbound email templates for individual and team use to optimize response rates and engagement.
- • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns across prospecting channels including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn messaging.
- • Collaborate with Account Executives to support trial activations and guide prospects through initial product onboarding experiences.
- • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies with product updates and marketing initiatives.
- • Share and adopt best practices within the SDR team to continuously improve prospecting efficiency and conversion rates.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making and pipeline visibility.
- • Operate in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities, tight deadlines, and high expectations for output and adaptability.
- • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by mentoring peers, learning from teammates, and actively participating in feedback loops.
- • Support the scaling of sales operations as the company triples annual recurring revenue year-over-year.
- • Engage with a customer base that includes high-growth SaaS companies such as Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling.
- • Balance multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and message personalization.
- • Participate in team-wide initiatives to refine messaging, improve qualification criteria, and increase pipeline velocity.
- • Adapt quickly to product changes and market feedback to ensure outbound messaging remains accurate and compelling.
- • Represent Nooks as a frontline sales professional in early-stage customer interactions that shape product-market fit.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant sales experience selling into the sales leader persona
- • Experience prospecting into B2B SaaS companies in the mid-market or SMB segment
- • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills
- • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven work environment with keen attention to detail
- • Strong leadership and team-building skills
